What impacts (medium and long-term effects) are expected:

Minimize the involvement of children and adolescents in drug use and crime;

Encourage school retention at primary and secondary levels by monitoring the child and/or adolescent's academic performance through periodic meetings with families and partnerships with schools. It is worth mentioning that, according to data from Salvador City Hall, this problem affects around 85 thousand children and adolescents in the city.

Indirect beneficiaries
What impacts (medium and long-term effects) are expected:

Attract and involve children and young people, their families and also women in situations of social vulnerability, to greater participation in the actions promoted by the institution.

Positively impact the public safety indexes of the more than 160 thousand inhabitants* of the Itapagipana community, through socio-cultural educational incentives and, consequently, a reduction in crime rates on the Itapagipana Peninsula.

SPORT
ARTE GER' AÇÃO PROJECT is an ongoing sports program, which uses capoeira as the main instrument of social transformation for children and adolescents, of both sexes, aged between 4 and 17 years old in situations of social vulnerability.

LANGUAGE
CONEXION PROJECT: EUROPE x BRAZIL. Offer cultural experiences through a French course, aimed at children from 8 years of age and low-income adults, with a view to promoting integration between Brazilians and French, through learning in a playful and interactive way, contributing to access to a new culture as a way of generating motivation for learning a second language.

EDUCATION
PLEASURE IN LEARNING: contribute to improving school performance, through psycho-pedagogical and social support, for children and adolescents with difficulties in their school career; detect the causes of difficulties and indicate necessary paths to increase performance and success in the educational field.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
GENERATING YOUR OWN FUTURE. Objective: through training courses (cooking, mega-hair braiding, cutting and sewing and fabric painting) lasting 6 months, it contributes to strengthening training and citizenship activities as a premise for improving the quality of life of families through social inclusion in the job market, income generation, increased self-esteem and female empowerment.

FOOD AND NUTRITION SECURITY
COZINHA SOCIAL arose from the need to structure a place for the kitchen, as many children and teenagers came to capoeira classes without any food.
The objective is to ensure that students involved in social project activities have food after sports and socio-educational activities.

LISTENING
PROJECT TAKING CARE OF OUR WOMEN:
Offer a space for listening, welcoming and care through a multidisciplinary team promoting the formation of conversation circles, lectures, workshops, access to health and well-being services.
REFOR'AMAR: Improve the structure of the ONG's space and consequently have a more welcoming place for the public assisted by the project and their families.
